For solopreneurs asking “Is this it??”
You have what most people want: full-time income doing work you’re exceptional at, with the freedom and flexibility to design your life however you like. Jackpot, right?
But behind the scenes, it feels heavy.
Referrals have slowed. The pressure to “market more” is loud. Bigger financial goals are looming. And even though you’re proud of how far you’ve come, you’re wondering if the way you’re running your solo business is actually serving you.
Old habits built this.
Something new is needed to grow what comes next.
The scrappy courage of the self employed deserves a parade. Ceiling-breaking careers and worldchanging movements were birthed by this spirit of relentlessness.
But many of the habits that supported you during those early days no longer match who you’ve become and what your business needs today.
The “DIY + duct tape” strategy and chronic hustle that got you here has shapeshifted into an obstacle to the ease and abundance you got into self employment for.
Honor your solo biz values without isolating yourself.
To grow your business AND quality of life, you need to replace the sporadic efforts and “fake it til you make it” vibes with sustainable strategies and a steadier way forward — one that honors both your ambition and your well-being.
You need a strategic partner.
A business ally who faced the same crossroads you’re at and used it to build a stable and peaceful business.
Someone who shows up with equal parts strategy and sensitivity. Efficiency and empathy.
Hello, that person is me.
It’s Annika (Ann-icka)
I run a fully booked, 6-figure business as a Content Strategist & Copywriter for visionary leaders, bestselling authors, and award-winning wellness brands (the ones you see in Sephora).
But my first decade of self employment? It wasn’t so cute.
After years of scrambling through income rollercoasters and bad-fit clients I felt obligated to continue working with, it finally dawned on me: I have autonomy over how I run my business, but I’m not using it.
I shifted out of “Freelancer Mode” and started relating to my business as a tool I could (and should) customize. I embraced the *shocking at the time* idea that I could trust myself to reimagine a business that delights clients without eroding my joy or financial security.
Fellow professional services providers came to me whispering, “Girl, how the hell have you done this??!” It lit a fire in me to challenge the way we normalize self-sacrifice in solo business, and to help people build something saner. So I adjusted my client load to become a hybrid Consultant + Coach for Solopreneurs.
Today, I help established solo providers elevate how they run their businesses to bring in more revenue and more “Damn, that feels way better.” The core beliefs that underpin my work are:
Business practices that demand cycles of burnout are unacceptable.
Visibility is not enough. You must have a perspective and articulate it well.
Even here in late stage capitalism, we can bring humanity + heart to how we sell and work.
You are worthy of telling the truth of your remarkableness.
Let’s build what comes next.

“Working with Annika is like unpacking and sorting all the boxes in your brain. She creates lots of psychological safety up front and then has this incredibly perceptive ability to process the ideas in those boxes and connect all the dots. As someone who works solo, having this type of thought partnership has been incredibly useful for me.”
